LIFO Records Debut Releases

Leaving the Scene's album "In Terms of Resistance" is finished!!!  You will be able to purchase advance copies of the album through the LIFO Records Store on June 16th.  If you're in the Portland area on June 19th, you can pick up a copy of the album from the band at their CD Release show.  The show will be at Rock 'n Roll Pizza (112th & Powell), the doors open at 5pm and the show is FREE.  If you're smart enough to be there, you'll be the first to see LTS perform their new album in it's entirety and be a part of the of filming for their upcoming DVD.  For more info check the Events page.

The Strawberry Blonde's debut album is coming along and is looking like it will be finished and released around early spring of 2007.  There isn't an official title for the album yet, but we'll let you know if that changes.  The album will include 11 of Strawberry Blonde's most amazing tracks, including the songs available for play on their myspace page.  They are working on building their website and including some more information on their myspace page in between the studio and life, but we promise that there will be something up for both soon.  While the album is set for release in the spring the band isn't planning on touring until the end of this year or possibly some time in early 2008.  Even though they won't be touring they will be playing west coast dates on occasion; again keep posting on the events page, myspace or by joining the street team.

LIFO Records is now on Myspace.  Check out our page and add us as a friend to keep updated on events, releases and tours.  The best way to support you favorite LIFO Records artists, other than buying their albums and going to their shows, is spreading the word about them.  Myspace is a great way to do that, follow the links on the LIFO Records myspace page under band members to view and add any and all LIFO Records artists as friends.
